Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Hydrate the People. We aim to get your premium hydration to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate and weight-based shipping across Australia. All orders are shipped via 3rd party vendors.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $110.01.

Order Processing: Orders placed on business days are dispatched within 48hours day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
3. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, our couriers are instructed to leave your package in a safe place if you are not home (Authority to Leave).

If you require a Signature on Delivery, please select this option at checkout (if available) or leave a note in your order.

Please note: Hydrate the People is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
4. Incorrect Information & Redelivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@hydratethepeople.com.au. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from a post office, a redelivery fee may apply.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we use reliable couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, peak seasons (like Black Friday), or carrier issues.

Delayed: If your order is more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the courier.

Lost: A parcel is only deemed "lost" once confirmed by the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
